District Leadership Inspects Development Zone: Advances Project Construction, Work Safety and Q1 Economic Goals

The event aimed to fully implement the spirit of the important instructions delivered by Hao Peng, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, during his research tour in Panjin, as well as the requirements of the special meeting of the Municipal Party Committee. It also focused on deploying key economic tasks for the first quarter, unifying ideological understanding, boosting development confidence, and promoting pragmatic actions to secure a strong start to the year.
Zhu Meijuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor, Huang Gang, Deputy District Mayor, leading members of the Development Zone Management Committee, and responsible persons from relevant departments participated in the inspection and forum.
During the inspection, the delegation visited Panjin Bonheur Flavor & Fragrance Co., Ltd(Dalian Kien's self owned factory), where they closely reviewed the project construction schedule, inspected the implementation of hidden danger investigation and rectification in work safety, and provided targeted guidance and on-site coordination to address practical difficulties and bottlenecks encountered by the enterprise.
Subsequently, at the special forum, participants further deliberated on measures to accelerate project advancement, strengthen safety supervision, and stabilize economic growth, laying a solid foundation for achieving the district’s first-quarter development targets.
